Shipping Policy

Our commitment is to bring you the freshest and highest quality single-serve coffee we can. Therefore, all orders placed on ifillcup.com are freshly roasted, filled to order,  and shipped directly from the individual roaster to you. A flat rate shipping charge will be added regardless of how far away from the roaster you are. Once your order is placed, it will generally be freshly ground and filled into individual iFillCups™ the next business day (excluding certain holidays, weekends, or posted limited roasting schedules).

Most roasters, roast coffee Monday through Friday. Some roast Monday through Thursday. Limited roasting schedules are indicated on product pages or in the cart.

All coffee is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and is generally delivered 1 to 3 days from pick-up from the roastery. We ship to all 50 states, APO, US Territories, as well as Canada. Every effort will be made to ship your coffee the same day it is roasted, however, due to varying USPS pick-up times, if your coffee is not packed and ready by pick-up, it will ship the next day.

Some coffee blends listed as “Monthly” or “Seasonal” may be excluded from this shipment schedule due to the narrow schedule and day(s) of the week these rare or seasonal beans are roasted. If you choose to include these items in your order, your entire order from that specific roaster will be held, freshly roasted, and subsequently shipped to ensure that all the coffee you receive is fresh roasted.

Unfortunately, shipping delays may occur due to foul weather, other “acts of God”, or other unforeseen events.

The term “certain holidays” includes those holidays stated by USPS on their website for that given year, as well as holidays that are part of the individual roaster’s holiday schedule.

Some roasters may take “certain holidays” that others do not. This may cause a “limited” delay in the shipping of your order from that Roaster, wherein your coffee is roasted and shipped the next business day. If a roaster has an extended holiday, their products will be removed from the website for that duration. We will do our best to keep the website up-to-date offering only coffees that are available from all of our roasters.
